This tag was made with a kit called "USA" by Ladyhawwk Designs. This is an exclusive kit at Barbara Jensen's Store with a kind of vintage/country feel to it. A perfect kit for all your patriotic tags. I am using a tube from Verymany and some freebie animations from Sophisticat Simone along with one PTU animation.
